In a world where incompetence reigns supreme, we are all deemed experts on everything depending on the topic of the day (we are all Vatican experts, virologists, international politics experts) and we all want our opinion to be taken seriously (see social media debates).

The only way forward is to dig deeper.
Let's stop the random talk and pay more attention to the details.
That's where the difference between a strong thought and a weak thought lies.
The devil is in the detail: a superficial lack of attention to the seemingly insignificant things.
The result is a cleaner, more focused collection.
The colours are exclusively shades of white, rope, ecru and shades of grey and black, obtained by dyeing, painting and bleaching.
There are no flashy fabrics, aside from the first Simon Cracker all-over pattern.
The "basic" uniform consists of a square T-shirt and shorts inspired by men's tailoring. Each outfit highlights a single garment and its unique features.
Crocs' iconic models complete the uniform, in the same palette but ’crackerised’ one by one with graffiti, patches and customized Jibbitz™ charms. We are bringing the focus back to the clothes, with few distractions.
The collection revives some of our iconic garments (the Siamese Tshirt, the earthworm jacket, the posture shirt...), with the clear objective of creating unique, upcycled pieces that can be reproduced: the same but always different.
...and yes, it's true: we've done a ‘Margielata’! During the creation of the whole thing, we realised that we had come across some "vocabulary" written by the last fashion revolutionary (Martin, not the brand): out of scale details, white paint, trompe l’oeil, the patina of time, but above all a certain idea of "wardrobe", with some precise clothing statements, but never the same as itself.
Style is made up of repetition, and our goal is clear: a new Simon Cracker style.
THIS COLLECTION IS DEDICATED TO THOSE WHO DO NOT LOOK BACK, BECAUSE IT IS THE WRONG DIRECTION.
