Article by Marco Lorè

Antonio Riva combines style and creative sensitivity in a perfect union of tradition and innovation.

Considered today an icon of Italian couture tailoring worldwide, he tells stories of elegance and craftsmanship.

And at Cannes, during the Film Festival, the stylist was among the absolute protagonists of the red carpet with his creations, dressing two celebrities such as Isabeli Fontana and Chiara Maci.

Chiara Maci, an Italian chef, host, and writer, wore the Amadea dress by Antonio Riva Milano on the red carpet; the total black look is a long mermaid dress in cady with a deep neckline and puffed organza sleeves.

The cuffs are characterized by ribbed detailing that is also featured on the shoulders.

Isabeli Fontana, the internationally renowned Brazilian supermodel in the fashion system, walked the red carpet at the premiere of the film "The Count of Monte Cristo" by Matthiew Delaporte & Alexandre De La Patelliere in a tailor-made creation by Antonio Riva Milano.

The long dress in brown crêpe satin is entirely handcrafted and features a deep neckline on the bare back.

The bodice, with a boat neckline, opens with a diagonal cut across the chest and ends at the waist where the dress has pleats created using moulage. The skirt has a deep front slit and a slight train.
