On the occasion of the Nuovo Imaie Lifetime Achievement Award ceremony, held on Friday, September 5, 2025, at the Terrazza Biennale during the Venice Film Festival, Stefania Sandrelli wore a creation by Martino Midali.
"The Nuovo IMAIE Talent Award", organized by NUOVO IMAIE with the support of SNCCI and SNGCI at the Italian Pavilion of the Hotel Excelsior on the Lido of Venice, was created to highlight young emerging actors and actresses of Italian cinema.
Alongside this recognition, the Lifetime Achievement Award celebrates the great performers whose interpretations make an important contribution to art and culture in general, such as Stefania Sandrelli, an extraordinary leading figure and icon of our cinema, who this year receives this prestigious tribute.
For the occasion, the actress will wear a long black pleated gown, distinguished by an elegant crossover detail on the back, dropped shoulders, and a coordinated overcoat. The look is part of a capsule collection in which Martino Midali reinterprets pleats as a stylistic signature in a contemporary key.
Through fluid cuts, layering, and essential lines, the collection celebrates a sophisticated and timeless elegance, designed to accompany everyday life with grace and personality.
