On August 5th, Han Kjøbenhavn unveiled their new Spring/Summer 2026 collection, Another Day; a return to the ordinary moments that shaped Creative Director Jannik Wikkelsø Davidsen’s youth in the suburbs of Copenhagen.

This season captures the quiet drama of daily life - the flicker of a football match on a CRT TV, the gleam of a sunglow salon, the heavy smell of deodorant in a local gym, the quiet theatre of a döner shop queue at midnight.
The collection builds on this atmosphere through silhouette, surface and styling, reflecting the rituals and contradictions of suburban masculinity.
“I don’t suddenly find inspiration from a random moment - like drinking a gallon of red wine and thinking it unlocks a whole new creative direction for me”, says Jannik Wikkelsø Davidsen. “Each collection is just a new chapter in the same universe. It’s another version of the same story, just told from a slightly different time in my life. The foundation is always my upbringing, where I’m from, and who I am. For me, it’s about creating something that feels culturally honest and personally relevant - a balance between pushing things forward and staying true to the emotional language I’ve built over time.”
Garments pull from that world but are reimagined through exaggeration and tension. Faux leather bombers are oversized and padded like suburban armor.
Mesh tracksuits hug the body in ways that feel both athletic and ceremonial.
A leather tank layered under a molded vest merges protection with performance. Feathers - deliberately artificial - trace shoulder lines or collarbones, while silver sculpted tops cling like muscle and pair with nothing but tailored boxers and trainers. One look combines a matte black football jersey with tonal embroidery, paired with nylon shorts and sculptural gloves.
Another floats synthetic feathers over bare skin like suburban couture.
Styling moves between street and ceremony, pushing bodybuilder bravado up against softness and restraint.
The casting reinforces this emotional realism - not idealized, but remembered.
Faces and postures feel like fragments of the same landscape.
Nothing is polished, but everything is intentional. Another Day is not about escape.
It’s about repetition, realism and emotional legacy.
By reworking suburban fragments into silhouette and surface, Han Kjøbenhavn continues to build a design language rooted in autobiography — where past and present blur.
SS26 is not a climax or a reset, just another day, cut sharply in leather, mesh, feathers and steel grey nylon.
