Five models that embody the speed of Formula 1 and the boldness of Police
Kimi Antonelli and George Russell star in the communication campaign.

Born from the collaboration between Police, the lifestyle brand of the De Rigo Group, and the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team, comes a collection that combines innovation and style.
The result is a unique capsule collection that merges Police’s distinctive design with the engineering excellence of the Formula 1 team.
The collection includes four sunglasses models, each available in three color variations, and one exclusive e-commerce model.
Every frame features the dual branding of Police and the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team, with details inspired by the team’s iconic colors and elements.
A standout feature of the collection is the use of carbon fiber, a material provided directly by the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team and sourced from the production of their Formula 1 cars.
Renowned for its exceptional strength, lightness, and durability, this material is resistant to oxidation and chemicals, ensuring long-lasting high performance.
In this capsule collection, it gains an even more exclusive value thanks to its direct origin from the world’s most high-performing cars, offering fans the chance to wear the essence of innovation and speed in their everyday lives.
Leading the capsule are two bio-acetate models, the SPLR47 and SPLR48, both enhanced with a carbon fiber plate on the temple.
Their classic and timeless lines express sophisticated simplicity: the SPLR47 features a bold, squared shape, while the SPLR48 adopts a softer pantos design.
Bio-nylon lenses, combined with hexagonal details inspired by the engineering structure of the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula 1 Team cars, reflect a meticulous attention to detail and reinforce the connection to the universe of the eight-time Constructors’ World Champions.
Completing the capsule are two sportier models made of injected material, the SPLR49 and SPLR50, both also featuring a carbon fiber element on the temple.
The SPLR49, with its bold, squared shape, expresses a dynamic and modern aesthetic, while the SPLR50, with its pilot design, offers a bold interpretation of sporty style.
Both models feature a structure with soft rubber temple tips, designed to ensure optimal comfort even in the most active situations.
The collection also includes an exclusive e-commerce model, the SPLR51, with a squared design, made from bio-acetate and available in four color variations.
The SPLR49 and SPLR50 models are also available with advanced polarized lenses, designed to deliver the benefits of polarization (reduced glare, enhanced clarity, and visual comfort) while also optimizing visibility on digital screens.

In addition to being a tribute to innovation and high performance, this capsule collection places a strong emphasis on sustainability, featuring three models entirely made of bio-acetate and lenses crafted from bio-nylon.
Each pair of sunglasses in the series is an official Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team product and comes with an elegant customized case that reflects the team’s distinctive colors.
Additionally, every pair includes a hologram and a booklet issued by the Formula 1 team, certifying the authenticity of the product and the origin of the carbon fiber used in the frame.
The collection is brought to life through an exclusive campaign created in collaboration with the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team, starring George Russell and Kimi Antonelli.
Russell, who has previously served as a Police ambassador, is now joined by the young and promising driver Antonelli, who is quickly making a name for himself in the Formula 1 world as a future motorsport star.
