An event to retrace half a century of history of the most authoritative Italian journal on contemporary Chinese studies, serving as a cultural bridge and a tool for dialogue between Italy and China.
Mondo Cinese, Italy's most authoritative journal on contemporary Chinese studies, published by the ICCF - Italy China Council Foundation, celebrated its 50th anniversary today with a special event sponsored by the City of Milan and held at Palazzo Marino. Since its founding, Mondo Cinese has provided Italian audiences with in-depth analyses and insights to understand the complex political, economic, and cultural dynamics of China, thereby contributing to a constructive dialogue between Italy and China.
Thanks to the collaboration of experts and scholars, Mondo Cinese serves as a key resource for businesses, Italian and Chinese institutions, educators, students, and the media.
The journal is distributed digitally among ICCF members, institutions, universities, and media representatives, becoming an essential tool for education, knowledge, and collaboration in Sino-Italian relations.
The event reviewed five decades of the journal’s activity, highlighting the most significant milestones in its journey, and offered a forward-looking vision for the coming decades, with a commitment to further strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries.
