After the success of their February partnership, the creative dialogue between the designer and the historic footwear maison continues with Marco Rambaldi x Bata, a limited-edition sneaker collection embellished with crochet details, which debuted on the runway during the SS26 show in Milan.

For the first time, Bata designed all the footwear featured in Marco Rambaldi’s show, with the sneakerine taking center stage: a versatile model with an essential yet sophisticated design that blends style and functionality. High-quality technical materials — suede and breathable mesh — are combined with an ultra-light, flexible sole designed to support every step with natural ease, stability, and dynamism, from morning to night.
Alongside them, black & white ballerinas, boots, and Mary Janes completed the collection.
Embodying the values of the sneakerina was Vialina Lemann — former rhythmic gymnast and international model, already the face of Bata’s “Everyday Your Sneakerina” campaign. With her journey — from Uzbekistan to the runways of Milan and Paris — Leeman represents grace, resilience, and female empowerment.
Her voice, honored at the Tao Awards in Taormina for her commitment to women’s rights and freedom of expression, made the message of the collection even more powerful.
“Bata is founded on a shared vision: supporting every woman in her daily journey while highlighting her authenticity, strength, and identity,” commented Marco Agnolin, President of Bata Europe.
The collaboration between Marco Rambaldi and Bata doesn’t end here: limited-edition laces in four color variations are also available in Bata stores, designed to personalize the sneakerina and make it even more unique — just like the person who wears it.
