The new Milanese space of VIP ROOM opens inside ROBE Gallery Store.

ROBE ROBERTAEBASTA, the Milanese gallery store founded by Roberta Tagliavini, opens the doors to the new Milan space of VIP ROOM, the concept store created by Monsieur Matteo Sorbellini, within its historic location at Via Solferino 3, in the heart of Brera.

The official opening of VIP ROOM is scheduled for Monday, February 24, 2026, coinciding with the start of Milan Fashion Week, while the inauguration will take place on Saturday, February 28, 2026, with a weekend of events and gatherings dedicated to VIP clients, press, and fashion enthusiasts.

The project is born from the meeting of Roberta Tagliavini—the curatorial soul of ROBE—and Monsieur Matteo Sorbellini, a designer and visionary creative who has transformed VIP ROOM into a poetic community, where fashion once again becomes storytelling, vision, and play.

A natural dialogue between two kindred worlds, united by a shared sensitivity for art, design, and collecting.

VIP ROOM takes shape in a subterranean space with strong scenographic impact, accessible from a street-level window that captures the eye and leads, via a staircase, into an environment suspended in time.

A place that evokes 1950s and 1980s New York influences, in dialogue with Brera’s bohemian and intellectual spirit and with the eclectic aesthetic of ROBE Gallery Store.

At the heart of the space lies a large Caribbean-blue room, chosen by Monsieur Matteo Sorbellini as a distinctive signature and now the official Pantone of VIP ROOM, featured on the brand’s labels and communication.

A bold, instantly recognizable color that provides the backdrop for a fashion language made of precious fabrics, unexpected combinations, and garments conceived as true collector’s pieces.

Within ROBE, VIP ROOM engages in dialogue with iconic furnishings, rare objects, and works of art—including the celebrated Pratone by Gufram—in a continuous exchange between fashion, art, and collecting, the defining hallmark of both projects.

For its Milan debut, VIP ROOM presents the new collections by Monsieur Matteo Sorbellini. BRERISSIMA, the womenswear collection, is a tribute to the vibrant, cultured, and charming spirit of Brera.

Garments designed for true collectors, lovers of unique pieces and of a conscious, sophisticated femininity.

ARALDICA, the menswear collection, tells the story of an aristocratic elegance reinterpreted with irony: precious silks, embroidery, reinvented coats of arms, and iconic patterns give life to an intellectual fashion envisioned for poets, architects, and dreamers.

During the inaugural weekend, Monsieur Matteo Sorbellini and La Monikina—muse and icon of VIP ROOM—will welcome friends, VIP clients, and enthusiasts inside ROBE.

La Monikina will present a dedicated accessories line and sign the new T-shirts, while the Spring/Summer 2026 collection will debut and be immediately available for purchase.
